Day 1: Transfer from Kigali Airport to Volcanoes National Park
On day 1 of the tour, you will be transferred from the Kigali Airport by a Chopper Tour and Travel company representative guide. You will leave the airport after chatting about the safari details. You will visit the Rwanda Art Museum to have a glance at the various art pieces. You will then head to a hotel for lunch after staring at the beautifully and artistically painted art pieces.
The guide will then drive you to Volcanoes National Park. You will take about 2 hours to get to Volcanoes National Park. You will arrive in the late afternoon, and you will check into a lodge. You will relax, have dinner and retire to bed.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking and visit to Iby’iwacu cultural village
On day 2 of the tour, you will have breakfast and then leave the lodge. You will receive the guidelines to follow while gorilla trekking at the park headquarters. You will set off after the briefing and start the search for the Rwanda gorillas. You will take about 30 minutes to 7 hours to find them. You will spend 1 hour with them after finding them, and then you will head back to the lodge after making your observations on how they behave.
You will have lunch at the lodge, and then you will go for a visit to Iby’iwacu cultural village. You will learn the culture and traditions of the Rwandese from the locals you will meet there. You will learn how they prepare their local dishes and their traditional ancient history. They will perform their traditional dance to entertain you, and then you will get back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Golden monkey trekking and departure to Kigali Airport
On day 3 of the tour, you will leave the lodge after having breakfast. You will be accompanied to the park headquarters by a guide to be briefed. You will be briefed by the park wardens about the golden monkey trekking in Volcanoes National Park. You will then head to the forest for Rwanda golden monkey trekking. You will spend one hour with the golden monkeys after spotting them. You will make your observations on how they feed, play and much more. You will then head back to the lodge.
You will have lunch and check out of the lodge after eating. You will be transferred back to Kigali Airport in Kigali City.
